Cathryn Lancaster General Manager, Asia Pacific

Cathryn Lancaster is General Manager of Change Healthcare Australia New Zealand. She is responsible for ensuring Change Healthcare exceed clients’ expectations and manages the overall performance of the organisation in the region.

She has held leadership roles in several large healthcare consulting and IT firms including GE Healthcare, Ernst and Young, and IBM. She has deep experience in health system optimisation, customer relationship management and healthcare consulting.

Cathryn enjoys serving on the board of New Zealand Health IT and has strong connections to the public and private markets in Australia and New Zealand.

Cathryn is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and gained this qualification through working for the National Health Service in the UK.

Kimber Rothwell Director of Sales & Marketing, Asia Pacific

Kimber Rothwell is Change Healthcare’s Director of Sales & Marketing. Kimber has responsibility for Change Healthcare’s go-to market strategy and sales operations in the ANZ region. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, including 10 years’ experience leading teams in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand with PwC, ZAP and Change Healthcare.

Kimber is focused on leveraging Change Healthcare’s full range of capabilities for the benefit of existing and prospective clients, and ensuring we propose appropriate solutions that deliver against desired business outcomes. His passion is bringing to market innovative healthcare information technology to improve quality of care and optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.

Róisín Dunne Director Clinical Engagement

Róisín Dunne is Director of Clinical Engagement in New Zealand and Australia. Róisín provides clinical leadership, strategic direction and design input for Change Healthcare products. She also supports the implementation and sustainability of Change Healthcare solutions for customers.

Róisín is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, both private and public, in Australia and Ireland. Her clinical experience includes Director of Clinical Governance and Director of Strategy at West Moreton, and Nursing Director, Nurse Unit Manager and project roles at Mater Health South Brisbane.

She strives to provide compassionate, consistent leadership in the pursuit of efficient and safe patient care.

Mandy Cronin Director of Consulting

Mandy Cronin is Director of Consulting for Change Healthcare across Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for overall Services, including managing the Consulting Team, implementations and project management.

Mandy has over 10 years’ experience in IT Professional services consulting and management roles across Australia and New Zealand, and experience in workforce management solutions.

Mandy is passionate about ensuring that Change Healthcare provide the best customer experience and outcome for each hospital.

Mark Figgitt Director of Development

Mark Figgitt is the Director of Development at Change Healthcare Australia New Zealand. He is responsible for the product architecture, development, quality assurance, implementation, and support, the office network infrastructure and information security.

A respected part of the New Zealand technology industry for the past two decades, Mark has held product management and senior management roles at Telecom, Meridian Energy, Arc Innovations, and Airways New Zealand.

Mark became familiar with applying technology in the health sector after working at Telecom (now Spark) as a Senior Consultant, delivering projects for organisations like the Christchurch District Health Board and Pegasus Health. In his most recent role as Head of Products for Airways New Zealand, Mark led the growth of new products from what is acknowledged as the world’s most innovative air traffic control agency.

Will Barnett Product Manager, Integrated Capacity Management

Will Barnett is Product Manager for Integrated Capacity Management (ICM) in New Zealand and Australia. Will collaborates with engineering, portfolio management and sales teams to enhance the products supporting ICM.

After completing his BCom in International Business at Victoria University, Will went on to get his M.Sc. in Global Innovation Management at the University of Turku in Finland. Will also worked in Germany and Tanzania before returning to New Zealand in 2013.

Before Change Healthcare, Will was the Project Manager for 1CHART by Toniq. 1CHART is a cloud based system that gives community pharmacists, general practitioners and aged-care professionals real time access to their patients' medication information. 1CHART is currently being rolled out nationally by New Zealand’s largest aged care providers.

Will is passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare through technology.
